HYPOXI-Studio Merida
We opened the first studio in Mexico in April 2009. We now have around 200 customers. This corresponds with over 1500 training units a year. Just a few months after the opening, we reached a respectable utilised capacity of 60%. Spring and autumn emerged as seasonal peaks.
We feel that the recipe for success is offering the customer a highly individualised service. The more individualised the supervision, the better the results for the customers. The key to this, of course, is having well-trained and motivated employees who are up-to-date regarding all things HYPOXI®.
The head office provides support regarding therapy, technology and marketing that is excellent in every way. We are constantly in touch. This also means that we always receive the latest advice on marketing strategies and brand communication and HYPOXI-Training.
Working with HYPOXI® has greatly surpassed our initial expectations. We feel that the brand receives more notice and trust almost daily. The greatest acknowledgement of our work is having satisfied customers who recommend us enthusiastically.
