‘These sessions have motivated me to become more health conscious. Previously, I didn't like exercising but since I have seen the results I look forward to getting up at 6am just to walk! Besides the physical change I have felt a vast improvement in my confidence levels and not to mention my attitude towards life... I have lost 5kgs and 33.1cm since I first commenced 3 weeks ago and I am looking forward to continuing my sessions. With being able to follow the guidelines that HYPOXI offers and being able and to set fitness goals for myself I have been able to achieve them and will continue to do so as I feel that everything is attainable.
